Relax and enjoy music, light snacks and drinks after racing at our
Mirpuri Foundation VIP Lounge in Cascais Marina near the yacht club,
facing the beautiful bay of Cascais.
• Exclusive access to sailors and guests.
• Catering service and open bar.
• Location: Cascais Marina Events Pier.
• Dress Code: Casual Sporty. Sailing clothes, bathing suits and flip flops are
not allowed.

Mirpuri Foundation Conservation Forum in partnership with Hi Fly: “The Role of Tourism and Aviation in Global Conservation” JULY 4th, 10 AM

The Mirpuri Foundation Conservation Forum aims to bring together leaders and innovators in conservation to discuss pressing issues, share insights and explore collaborative solutions, inspiring action towards a more sustainable future.

“Diving in Portugal” Book Presentation JULY 4th, 5 PM

The Mirpuri Foundation, in its commitment to creating a better future for coming generations, strives to raise awareness about the critical importance of ocean conservation and preservation of marine biodiversity. As part of this mission, “Diving in Portugal” is a project focused on exploring and protecting the vibrant underwater world along Portugal’s coastline. It is home to diverse marine species, thriving ecosystems, and historical shipwrecks, making it an exceptional destination for divers. By showcasing Portugal’s most remarkable dive sites, the Mirpuri Foundation hopes to inspire a deeper connection with the ocean and promote responsible exploration.

“Navigating by the Stars, from Antiquity to GPS” Workshop JULY 4th, 6.30 PM

Presented by Captain António Costa Canas of the Portuguese Navy, this hands-on workshop explores the evolution of maritime navigation, from Classical Antiquity to the modern GPS era. Participants will learn about key innovations in celestial navigation with a special emphasis on the Portuguese Maritime Discoveries. Replicas of ancient instruments will be showcased, and attendees will have the opportunity to engage in practical activities using them.
• Please note: This workshop will be conducted in Portuguese.
• Practical component will take place on board NRP Zarco (for sailors only).
• Subject to seat availability and weather conditions.

Sailors Warm-Up Session JULY 5th AND 6th, 9.30 AM

Join the fun by participating with our sailors in the warming-up session before the regatta.
• Location: Mirpuri Foundation VIP Lounge Terrace.

Sunset Party JULY 5th, 8 PM

After an intense day of racing, the Sunset Party is the perfect opportunity to relax while enjoying the sunset.
• Open bar and dance music.
• Exclusive access to sailors and guests.
• Location: Mirpuri Foundation VIP Lounge.
• Dress Code: Smart Casual.

Prize-Giving Ceremony JULY 6th, 6 PM

This memorable sailing festival comes to a close with the spectacular prize-giving ceremony. The winning teams of the Mirpuri Foundation Sailing Trophy 2025 will receive their prizes, and both the Mirpuri Foundation Ocean Award and the coveted perpetual trophy, a piece of art designed by the artist Jorge Lé Moura and manufactured with solid gold and silver by Leitão & Irmão, Jewellers of the Portuguese Crown, will be awarded.
