One of the premier annual racing events in the world

The Mirpuri Foundation Sailing Trophy aims to be one of the premier annual racing events in the world. We are proud to work with our partners at the Clube Naval de Cascais to compete safely and to continue to bring people together in the spirit of friendly competition, to highlight the ever-present need to protect our fragile ocean habitats.

The plastic-free, health controlled Sailing Trophy Awards Ceremony will have a dedicated medical team will be in place for the event, with all participants, support staff and media required to be tested for Covid-19 prior to the social events, subject to the epidemiologic status of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic prevailing at the time of the Race and/or applicable related Government regulations.

9am to 6pm - Sailors Kit delivery at the race social area, at Marina de Cascais near to the Clube Naval de Cascais. Please present at this moment the certificate of a negative covid-19 test (PCR with 72 hours or a previous antigen test within 12 hours) if you wish to participate in the race social events. Use of mask is mandatory.

12am - Race Start for Optimist Class
5pm - Race expected finish time

4th June

9am to 10am - Sailors Kit delivery at the race social area, at Marina de Cascais near to the Clube Naval de Cascais. Please present at this moment the certificate of a negative covid-19 test (PCR with 72 hours or a previous antigen test within 12 hours) if you wish to participate in the race social events.
